No Matins Monday-

There will be no matins on Monday, February 7.

Thank You
-
Nearly everyone in the parish deserves a big "Thank you" for the many things that you have all done to make sure that our Evening in the East event was successful.  Thanks especially to Matt and Tania Van Dinter, co-chairs of the event; Kristi Abuissa, banquet coordinator; Lori Branch and all of our choir; Ilya Buchkin, our silent auction coordinator; and our many, many cooks.  Many worked behind the scenes donating auction items or other things essential to the event, setting up, taking down and cleaning up, and a host of other responsibilities.  What a wonderful event!

Food For Thought-

By Your nativity, You did sanctify the Virgin's womb,
And did bless Simeon's hands, O Christ God.
Now You have come and saved us through love.
Grant peace to all Orthodox Christians, O only Lover of man!
